Style of Manuscripts

Organization of the paper

All contributions must be written in English. We recommend to start your paper with a header comprising Title, Authors, Affiliation and E-mail address (only required for the corresponding author) followed by an Abstract (maximum: 200 words). The header is succeeded by an Introduction where the problem or task of your paper is formulated and where it is positioned in relation to the state-of-the-art. Subsections may be used. The last part should consists of a Summary or a Conclusion. The paper concludes with the References. Please give proper reference to relevant related work of easy access, i.e. books and articles in journals, transactions or conference proceedings.

Styles of figures and tables

Figures and tables are to be inserted in their proper place throughout the paper. Use only black and white pictures or graphics - no colors, no more than four gray-scale levels. Everything has to be rich in contrast! If you do not keep to this standard, expect considerable losses in quality.

Style of references

References should be cited as numbers in square brackets as [n], where n is an integer. When producing your bibliography please make sure that the data is complete (name and initial of author, year of publication, book title, publisher's name and place, journal name, volume number, page numbers).

Requirement of Advance Registration

One of the authors who will present the paper should complete advance registration by using Advance Registration Form (PDF). This registration form should be sent via FAX to AMiRE2005 KAZUYUKI MURASE, +81-776-27-8420, by July 1. If a single registration is associated with more than one paper, an additional fee per paper will apply for all but the first paper.
