1. Registration Fee
AMiRE2005 will accept early registration before July 1 (JST/GMT-9: tentative) which is cheaper than the on-site registration. All registration fee for both regular attendees and students includes symposium proceedings book. The fee does not include hotel accommodation fee and conference banquet fee.

2. Tutorials
Two tutorials will be held at 9:00-14:00 in September 20. It will be cost 3,000 JPY for general attendees to join tutorials. Students registration include all tutorials.
3. Banquet
The conference banquet fee is not included in the registration fees. However, hotel accommodation fee for September 21 includes fee for the conference banquet.
All attendees who will not stay overnight at the conference site will be able to join the conference banquet with 6,000JPY / 1 person. A ticket of the banquet will be ordered only at the early registration, i.e. until July 1, via Web site.
4. Hotel Accommodation Fee
- SEPTEMBER 19
- sharing 1 room by 6 persons: 10,000 JPY / 1 person
- sharing 1 room by 2 persons: 15,000 JPY / 1 person
- sharing 1 room by 1 person: 20,000 JPY / 1 person
All charge includes fees for welcome reception and both a breakfast and a lunch in September 20.

- sharing 1 room by 6 persons: 10,000 JPY / 1 person
- sharing 1 room by 2 persons: 15,000 JPY / 1 person
- sharing 1 room by 1 person: 20,000 JPY / 1 person
All charge includes fees for buffet style diner party where drinks will be served with extra charge, and both a breakfast and a lunch in September 21.

- sharing 1 room by 6 persons: 12,000 JPY / 1 person
- sharing 1 room by 2 persons: 17,000 JPY / 1 person
- sharing 1 room by 1 person: 22,000 JPY / 1 person
All charge includes fees for symposium banquet with drink menu, and both a breakfast and a lunch in September 22.
